Strength Training

Being physically strong guarentees a greter sense of confidence. Live everyday knowing you are stronger, more capable, and independent than yesterday. Our training approach is designed to meet people where they are, at any level of ability or disability, by first emphasizing their strengths while managing and reducing deficits. 

CARDIO Training

When we train our cardiovascular system, it imporves the health of every other system in our body. Our members know what it's like to push a wheelchair up a hill or climb a set of stairs with with a paralyzed leg, and how much cardio training changes the game for them. Improved bloodflow to the brain? Cardio. Improved sleep? Cardio. Improved mood, lower levels of depression, and a great body? Cardio. Need we say more?

Fat loss and Healthy Eating

It turns out that you don't have to radically uproot your diet to eat well. Terms of Service for Stronghold Consulting, LLC Personal Training Services

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

Thank you for choosing Stronghold Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") for your physical conditioning and training service needs! By accessing our services, whether online or in-person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services:

  • Our services include both online and in-person personal training sessions. Details of services, including scheduling and fees, are outlined on our website.

3. Personal Training Sessions:

  • Online sessions may be conducted via video conferencing platforms such as facetime or google meet.
  • In-person sessions will be arranged at a mutually agreed-upon location.

4. Booking and Payments:

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via communcation with a trainer, established by reaching us first at info@strongholdconditioningcom.
  • Payments are acepted through stripe, and can be paid in advance via hosted invoice or by directly charging a card on file after training services are provided.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, failure to do so may result in a charges based on scheduled session duration.
  • Refunds are not issued for any scheduled training services once provided. Clients who have pre-paid may request refunds of any unused or unscheduled sessions.

6. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information.
  • Follow trainers' instructions to ensure a safe and effective training experience.

7. Privacy and Data:

  • We prioritize the privacy of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Code of Conduct:

  • Respectful behavior is expected during all interactions with our trainers.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate conduct.

9. Intellectual Property:

  • All content provided during sessions is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Disclaimers:

  • Participation in our training sessions is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

11. Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.

12. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
